Working with a range of UK and international clients, TAP provides a mix of consulting services at both organisational and operational levels. We bring decades of experience working with the private sector, government, foundations, NGOs and other international organisations. Through my career I have worked extensively with the private sector, government, philanthropic foundations, NGOs and other international organisations.

I provide a relaxed, empathetic and purposeful environment in which my clients feel empowered and enabled to do their best thinking. I come to the sessions ready to listen deeply and empathetically (meditation or a walk is useful here!), ask simple but powerful questions, and support you to design and plan the actions you want to take.

In the commercial world, our combined experience lends itself to supporting organisations balancing commercial objectives with a wider societal mission or commitment to sustainability and responsible business.

When consulting, we believe that the how is as important as the what and why.

Consulting adds value by bringing a fresh perspective, dedicated capacity and specific skills. However, this value is only activated through genuine engagement with the client. We work in close partnership with you, investing quality time and effort to really understand your challenges and priorities. We build trust at all levels and am experienced at bringing together different perspectives.

My advice is strategic but grounded in operational realities. We bring a results-oriented and rigorous approach, combined with the judgement to tackle complexity.
